The 3 Best “Dirty” Self Defense Techniques

In this article I’ll be teaching you three dirty yet effective self-defense techniques you can use to win any fight. Other self-defense techniques depend upon compicated timing, and advaced knowledge of the skill, these can be applied by anyone. Oponents that are bigger and stronger can be thus defeated, being that these are “dirty” methods of self-defense. The reason being that altogether the focus is on targeting critical parts of the body precisely, regardless of not striking with too much force .
Flicking the eye is technique number one. I like the eye flick because it not only does great damage, but it sets you up perfectly to follow up with more strikes . To properly do an eye flick, stike with the tips of your fingers by extending your hand towards the eyes of your attacker. Allow your hand to do the whole process for you, dont attempt anything fancy, such as a “2 finger eye poke” or anything similar. After that you can follow up with some more strikes, or just run away. Adding this self defense techniques to your repertoire is wise, at it is one of the most devastating techniques.
Up next is the throat punch. In order to accomplish a thorat strike, form a “C” with your fingers and thumb. Stike with the web of your hand, which is also called web of hand strike . The oponent’s throat is then struck with the “C” that you’ve made with your hand, finally . This move move hurts the oponent instantly, allowing you to make a safe escape. There is a risk of permanently injuring or even killing, so take extreme care when using this one!
The last strike is the groin kick. While it is still extremely effective, I personally believe the above self defense techniques to be more effective. However, if the situation presents itself, a good groin kick is a solid strike you can rely on. You can do the groin kick as a rising front kick, or if you are in closer, a strong knee will do the trick just as well. Making sure that after you’ve struck your attacker, you either ditch the scene, or carry on pummeling him.
Any of these strikes will give you a huge upperhand in a fight, but if your smart and practice all 3, you’ll be nearly unstoppable.
